Practicing primarily in Commercial and Construction Litigation
Mr. Guenther is a partner engaged in a general civil litigation practice in the Firm’s Las Vegas office. Since his graduation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1995, he has focused his practice on commercial litigation, primarily in the areas of construction and collections, before state and federal courts and agencies.
Currently, Mr. Guenther represents property owners and developers; contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers; and clientele in the financial services industries. After earning a bachelor’s degree in engineering, he worked as an engineer for TRW Space & Defense Sector, Reynolds Electrical & Engineering Company and Nevada Power Company, where he obtained extensive experience in construction and design of a variety of different facilities.
Mr. Guenther's philanthropic efforts include a position as chairman of the board for the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, for which he has been a member for several years. |
